Good This hotel was a luxurious and comfortable venue with exclusive amenities. We were impressed by the exceptional service offered by the staff and the availability of different leisure facilities like the Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, and Leisure/ TV room. the room advantages were unbeatable, with exclusive private facilities.

Bad the hotel's location was a bit of a downside as it was quite far from the main streets and subway stations. Despite that, the restaurant and Bar/ Lounge area offered an excellent dining and socializing experience.

The hotel had a modern and fresh look. The staff were helpful and breakfast was fantastic. It was easy to get to the train station and subway.

The hotel had a modern decor that was very stylish and well-kept. the breakfast was impressive and had a lot of great options to choose from. Plus, the staff members were incredibly helpful and always available to assist with anything we needed. the location was convenient and close to many important places, which made traveling around the area much easier.

That some of the roads leading to the hotel were a bit dark and lonesome, which made us feel slightly uncomfortable when walking back to the hotel at night. with the support of the helpful staff members, we never felt completely alone or unsupported.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and the subway for easy access to transportation. finding a large supermarket nearby was difficult, and the hotel is not close to the city center. the rooms are modern and clean, with an amazing shower and fresh look. the breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options available.

The staff had difficulty communicating in English, which made it difficult to resolve any issues with the room or service.

The hotel had very comfortable and modern rooms which were perfect for my xmas stay. The location was key, close to public transportation which made it easy to get around the city. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service during my stay. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the fast Wi-Fi.

One negative aspect was that there was a language barrier which made communication difficult. the view from my room was not the best and the noise from the street could be heard at night.
